Submission of Abstracts and Papers

Submission of Abstracts
Abstracts (upto 1,000 words) of proposed papers should be submitted as soon as possible but no later than the abstract submission date (see important dates below). Authors will be notified of acceptance by the conference editor. Final acceptance will be based upon review of the full length paper which must be received before the full paper deadline. All abstracts submitted by post or fax should be accompanied by an abstract submission form. Please refer to the Abstract Submission page for the electronic submission form and further instructions.

The conference has a strict "No Paper - No Podium" rule (i.e. conference presentations can only be made if they have a corresponding accepted paper in the proceedings).

Only TWO contributed papers will be allowed for each conference participant. If you wish to submit more than two papers, you must register a co-author.

Submission of Papers
After acceptance of your abstract, you may prepare the full length paper for publication in the Conference Proceedings. Instructions on formatting your paper and how to send it to the Conference Editor can be found on the Paper Submission page. Please follow the instructions on this page carefully.
