Abstracts (upto 1,000 words) of proposed papers should be
submitted as soon as possible but no later than the abstract submission date
(see
important dates below). Authors
will be notified of acceptance by the Conference Editors. Final acceptance will be
based upon review of the full length paper which must be received before the full paper deadline.
Abstracts should be sent:
- by email to the special session organisers; or
- using the electronic submission form. When submitting please remeber to select the correct conference, i.e. CC2009 or CSC2009.
The conference has a strict "No Paper - No Podium" rule (i.e. conference presentations
can only be made if they have a corresponding accepted paper in the proceedings).
Only TWO contributed papers will be allowed for each conference participant.
If you wish to submit more than two papers, you must register a co-author.

in the Conference Proceedings. Instructions on formatting your paper and how to send it
to the Conference Editors can be found on the
Paper Submission page.
