Policy statement
All authors and participants that attend Civil-Comp Conferences receive a book of summaries and a CDROM containing the summaries in HTML format and the full text papers in PDF format.

All authors must transfer the copyright of their paper at the time of submission. The copyright transfer becomes void and not effective if the paper is rejected. Without a fully completed copyright transfer form the paper will not be included in the conference proceedings.

Civil-Comp Press respects the rights of other copyright holders and authors. Authors should obtain the permission of other copyright holders should they wish to include material for which they do not own the copyright even if they were the originators of the material.

Shortly after the conference all papers are deposited in the open access web site The papers are assigned DOIs and authors may obtain a correct reference for their paper, including the DOI, from this site. The summaries are available free of charge and the full text papers are available for an access fee. These fees are used to maintain and administer the site which is an important resource for both the authors and researchers.

Authors who wish to post papers, of which they are an author, on their own websites or in an institutional repository may not post the final published paper. However, they may post their original manuscript (as submitted to the conference) provided they include a full reference to the published paper (as given on webpage for the paper), and a DOI weblink (also available from the webpage for the paper) to the final published version. Original manuscripts or final published versions may not be posted on other third party websites.

The final version of the papers as published in the conference proceedings (print or CDROM) may not appear any other website other than
