Session Aims and Scope
Submissions are invited on analytical and computational methods for determining natural frequencies, critical loads and modes of continuous structures or mechanisms with distributed mass and stiffness. Examples include beams, arches, frames, plates, shells, and structures composed of them, and may include fluid-structure or soil-structure interaction, piezoelectric components and non-classical damping.
For specific questions regarding the scope of this session please contact the organisers:
Please note that papers that are found to fall outside the scope of this session may be considered for other sessions.
To submit abstracts for this special session, please follow the normal abstract submission procedure but please select "CST2014-S24" when asked "Is this paper part of a special session?"
