The conference will start at 17.00 on Tuesday 2 September 2008 with the opening session. The regular sessions will start at 9.00 on Wednesday 3 September 2008. The conference will officially close at 16.00 on Friday 5 September 2008. The registration desk will be open 15.00-19.00 Tuesday, 8.15-17.00 on Wednesday to Thursday and 8.30-15.30 on Friday.

The presentation time for contributed papers is 12 minutes, followed by 3 minutes for questions. Presentations will only be possible using data projectors (not OHP or 35mm slides). Further details of the presentation facilities will be announced during the summer of 2008.

Athens' International Airport (Eleftherios Venizelos) (airport code ATH) can be reached by direct flights from all over the world. The venue is 36km from the airport.
