Increasing demands on the efficiency and safety of operating high-speed vehicles has urged the necessity for wide applications of computerized systems for real-time monitoring, diagnostics and management, and of planning and fulfilling the maintenance and repair operations.
This session aims at presenting and discussing the latest developments and experiences in the scope of computerized systems for vehicle management, diagnostics and maintenance, as well as its problems and prospects.
The session will cover, but not be limited to, the following topics:
- Computerized systems of online centralized management of trains movement and of their key components;
- Software and hardware means of diagnostics of state of trains before movement, during operation, as well as providing information for further maintenance and repair;
- CMMS systems for planning and fulfilling maintenance and repair, for planning and evaluating required resources, and for controlling the fulfilment;
- Intelligent components of systems of monitoring, diagnostics, forecast and management in railway transport systems.
