Registration and Fees
Conference Fees
The conference registration fees include:
- attendance to sessions of both CC 2005 and AICC 2005
- the full Civil-Comp Press / Saxe-Coburg Publications Conference Proceedings Package
- morning coffee, afternoon tea on 31/8, 1/9 and 2/9
- buffet lunches on 31/8, 1/9 and 2/9
Authors are eligible for reduced conference fees.
The conference fees are as given in the following table:

The special package is for the registration of one author plus one young researcher from the author's
department or institute. The young researcher must be less than 30 years old on the first day of the conference
and should provide documentation of his/her age (e.g. photocopy of passport) with the registration form. Please note
that this special package is only available until 1 July 2005 and payment in full must be received by this date.
The conference dinner on the evening of 1 September 2005 is not included in the
registration fee. Dinner tickets are sold separately, priced 55 UK Pounds.
(For participants paying the dinner and registration fee at the same time - the receipt will
not be itemised. If you require an itemised receipt please indicate this on your registration form.)
Terms and Conditions
Please note that it is the responsibility of all participants to take out full insurance to cover all expenses, including
registration fee, in the event that they are unable to travel for whatever reason.
Payment options: A Bankers Draft (drawn on a UK bank), a UK Bank Cheque (made payable to Civil-Comp Ltd) or a
credit card payment (VISA or Mastercard only) are preferred. We cannot accept payment at the desk
for author/student or special package rates.
Bank transfers: If your institution can only pay by bank transfer,
you must complete the registration form and tick the box "invoice before payment". We will then send
you a pro-forma invoice with our bank details. Please note that bank transfer must be made in full without
any deductions for bank charges (neither domestic nor foreign charges). Upon receipt of your transfer we will send you a full invoice as confirmation of
your registration. We cannot issue full invoices before payment. Please note that bank transfers often
take a very long time. If you choose to
pay a particular fee level that is time-restricted (for example 396 pounds which is valid until 1/7/05) your bank transfer
must reach our accounts before this date. Should it reach our accounts after this date, we will request that you
pay the difference. All amounts should reach us well before the start of the conference.
All amounts are in UK Pound Sterling. We cannot accept payments in any other currency.
Cancellation policy: Prior to 1st July preceding the conference cancellation refunds will be paid less a charge of
20%. After 1st July no refunds will be given.
Registered participants who fail to collect their proceedings during the conference
will only be sent the CD-ROM part of the proceedings by standard airmail.
