The conference registration fees include:

• attendance to sessions of both CST2006 and ECT2006
• the full Civil-Comp Press / Saxe-Coburg Publications Conference Proceedings Package
• morning coffee, afternoon tea on 13/9, 14/9 and 15/9
• buffet lunches on 13/9, 14/9 and 15/9

Authors are eligible for reduced conference fees. The conference fees are as given in the following table:

The special package is for the registration of one author plus one young researcher from the author's department or institute. The young researcher must be less than 30 years old on the first day of the conference and should provide documentation of his/her age (e.g. photocopy of passport) with the registration form. Please note that this special package is only available until 1 July 2006 and payment in full must be received by this date.

All author registrations must be completed and paid before 15th July 2006 to ensure inclusion in the conference proceedings and programme.

The conference dinner on the evening of 14 September 2006 is not included in the registration fee. Dinner tickets are sold separately, priced 55 UK Pounds. (For participants paying the dinner and registration fee at the same time - the receipt will not be itemised. If you require an itemised receipt please indicate this on your registration form.)

Please note that it is the responsibility of all participants to take out full insurance to cover all expenses, including registration fee, in the event that they are unable to travel for whatever reason.

Payment options: Credit card payment (VISA or Mastercard only) is the preferred option. A Bankers Draft (drawn on a UK bank) or a UK Bank Cheque (made payable to Civil-Comp Ltd) are also allowed if a credit card is not available. We cannot accept payment at the desk for author/student or special package rates.

Bank transfers: If your institution can only pay by bank transfer, you must complete the registration form and tick the box "invoice before payment". We will then send you a pro-forma invoice with our bank details. Please note that bank transfer must be made in full without any deductions for bank charges (neither domestic nor foreign charges). Upon receipt of your transfer we will send you a full invoice as confirmation of your registration. We cannot issue full invoices before payment. Please note that bank transfers often take a very long time. If you choose to pay a particular fee level that is time-restricted (for example 400 pounds which is valid until 1/7) your bank transfer must reach our accounts before this date. Should it reach our accounts after this date, we will request that you pay the difference. All amounts should reach us well before the start of the conference.

All amounts are in UK Pound Sterling. We cannot accept payments in any other currency.

Cancellation policy: Prior to 1st July preceding the conference cancellation refunds will be paid less a charge of 20%. After 1st July no refunds will be given.

Registered participants who fail to collect their proceedings during the conference will only be sent the CD-ROM part of the proceedings by standard airmail.
