Abstracts (500 to 1,000 words; no figures) of proposed papers should be submitted as soon as possible but no later than the abstract submission date (see important dates
below). Authors will be notified of acceptance by the Conference Editor. Final acceptance will be based upon review of the full length paper which must be received before the full paper deadline.
Abstracts should be submitted using the Civil-Comp Manuscript Manager (CCMM). If you have access credentials for CCMM, please log in as usual.
If you have lost your password you can recover this by following the link of the first page of CCMM. Please do not make a duplicate account on CCMM otherwise you will loose any previous history of your account.
If you do not have an account, please follow the "New user" link on the CCMM login page to create a new account. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with the CCMM interface as all communication regarding your conference paper will be through CCMM.
Please submit your abstract to the correct stream. Please ensure that you submit to the "RW2016" stream. IMPORTANT: Please note that if you submit your abstract to the wrong stream your abstract may be rejected.
The conference has a strict "No Paper - No Podium" rule (i.e. conference presentations can only be made if they have a corresponding accepted paper in the proceedings).
A total of TWO contributed papers may be submitted by each conference participant. If you wish to submit more than two papers, you must register a co-author.
Papers must be presented by either an author or co-author of the paper.
